Martyn Atkinson

Martyn qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 with a top twenty accountancy practice. He joined Ivan Sopher & Co in April 1999 and now looks after a significant portfolio of clients, predominantly owner-managed businesses.

He is also involved in managing the audit and accounts department together with the general running of the practice. He prides himself in providing an efficient and effective service to all clients responding to their requirements in a timely manner. Martyn specialises in dealing with the entertainment and media sector and FSA regulated businesses as well as having considerable experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, business management and corporate finance.

Sean Brennan

Started his career in 1990 at a 3 partner practice in Harrow, Middlesex. He qualified in 1995 and along the qualification route was a prize winner in his taxation exams. The firm specialised in small owner managed businesses and adopted a hands-on approach to all of its clients and each partner dealt with all aspects of their client portfolio. He was made a partner in 1999. Sean joined Ivan Sopher & Co in December 2002.

He has quickly built up a strong and diverse client portfolio including many successful owner-managed businesses and Financial Services Authority registered businesses. Sean's broad depth of knowledge and experience in many areas such as accounting, taxation, business management and most software products enables him to give a very personal and efficient service which is tailored to suit the client's exact needs.
