Ivan founded the firm and has been in practice for more than 30 years. During that time he has acted for numerous entrepreneurial businesses that he has advised and helped to grow.  Some of those businesses are now valued at more than £100 million.

He has built up an extremely strong network of contacts covering all aspects of business life. He uses this, together with his financial and commercial skills to obtain bank funding and equity investment for his clients. He also has a track record of making valuable business introductions, to the enormous benefit of those he puts in touch.

Ivan's philosophy is that to succeed in business it is vital to build a team and to be considerate to all those around you.  That means making everyone feel part of a family.

He believes business is a dream and that it is important to try to get those around you to live that dream with you.
